Meditation in Nature Retreat

You are most welcome to join a nourishing Meditation in Nature Retreat with Anadi, a precious opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and return to your inner silence. Surrounded by nature, this intimate retreat invites you to rest deeply, breathe freely, and rediscover the joy of meditation in a supportive and loving atmosphere.

Each day we will share active meditations of Osho, helping you move through the body, release tension, and enter a space of greater presence and awareness. We will also gather in sharing circles, creating space for authentic connection, reflection and community.

You will be cared for with simple vegetarian meals prepared with love, and have time to enjoy the swimming pool and peaceful gardens. With a small group of 8–12 participants, the retreat offers a personal and intimate setting where everyone can feel supported and at ease.

This retreat is an invitation to step out of daily life and into a gentle rhythm of meditation, nature and inner stillness.

Can Mimosa is ideally located between the Ebro Delta Natural Park, the Els Ports mountains and the beaches of the Costa Dorada. It is a 45 minutes drive from Reus Airport and less than 2 hours from Barcelona and Valencia.
